Job Description

Ecommerce Operations Manager will support operations for Lulu online delivery service. This role will liaise and collaborate closely with Ecommerce, Planning, Distribution, IT & Customer care service partners to ensure all service expectations are met
Manage forecasts and seasonality to ensure proper processes are being followed for inventory/material planning
Lead product forecasting to supply the site with accurate units to meet customer demand
Ensure accuracy of stock delivery on all new product launches
Work with eCommerce team to review/setup operational KPIs and deliver on those KPIs working with distribution team, warehouse team and other internal stake holders
